This is a physical visit to the property by multiple experts to:
- Measure all the dimensions required to verify the property complies with Bill 826
- Determine the distance and ease or difficulty of connecting water and sewer services to the principle residence.
- Identify access to site issues for crane and truck(s)
On completion you will get a Certificate of Compliance, A Conditional Certificate of Compliance requiring a Committee of Adjustments Application, or a Statement of Non-Compliance meaning the property is not compliant with Bill 826 and is unlikely to succeed with a Committee of Adjustments Application.
Note: The Certificate of Compliance certifies the property meets the criteria of Bill 826 only. It is not a guarantee of later permit approval by the city.
